Yes, You Did See Oxfords at the NYC Marathon

The marathoners weren’t the only ones to get active in the Easy Runs that weekend; Santoni also staged a flashmob that moved through iconic NYC locations including Central Park, Times Square and Madison Avenue. All dancers sported head-to-toe tailoring alongside a pair of Easy Runs.
The action kicked off from Santoni’s pop-up in the Meatpacking District, where the brand held court on Friday and Saturday. This mini store allowed guests to discover a selection of Santoni icons for men and women alongside the Easy family, whose latest addition is the Easy Run. The line was designed to redefine timeless footwear through functionality and ultralight comfort, and the Easy Run is its lightest shoe yet. Crafted from fine leather, the shoe follows an Oxford silhouette, but offers enhanced comfort and flexibility with an invisible elastic system integrated into the upper, perforated nappa leather lining and a memory foam insole.
Santoni’s flagship store is at 667 Madison Avenue, where the house brings together its artisanal heritage from Corridonia, in the Marche region of Italy, with contemporary New York energy.
