The bolder of the two colorways is probably the Dalmation iteration. This animal-print sandal features a Dalmatian print throughout the calf-hair upper and detachable neoprene sock liner. Even the sole unit grabs attention with its overhanging foam midsole and small, Japanese-style jagged Vibram outsole pads to the forefoot and heel.
In some ways, the all-black version of the Suicoke x Doublet WAS-5abDB sandals is the less in-your-face, but the difference is minimal. While it’s black and therefore less of a head turner, closer inspection says that this is the more dramatic design with a full faux-fur upper.
Look, either way, if you’re sliding your foot into a neoprene sock liner when you’re putting your sandals on, your look is going to turn some heads. That’s exactly the point.
