Double Tap to Zoom

First debuted in January on the runways of Pitti Uomo 93, Jun Takeshi's homage to 2001: A Space Odyssey is already proving super popular for Fall. Referencing the disorder of the digital age throughout the FW18 capsule's lineup, UNDERCOVER's trousers, sweaters, t-shirts, and accessories are out of this world — but that puffer jacket is an undeniable star.

Having already referenced the iconic movie in an exclusive backpack collab with Eastpak, UNDERCOVER's new collection is not the first time the label has paid homage to 2001: A Space Odyssey's late filmmaker, Stanley Kubrick. But like the space-inspired Heron Preston x NASA collab that's already gained a tonne of heat for FW18, the new pieces have landed to big love at Highsnobiety HQ.

Lifting off the collaboration, the black down astronaut puffer jacket fast rocketed to the top of our winter coat picks, complete with transparent visor hood that lights up when plugged into a USB adapter.

Meanwhile, other highlights include the lighter transitional jacket, which comes printed with a multicolor graphic still from the movie stands out as another piece of astronomic proportions, as well as the sweaters and t-shirts offering a dope way to get your in on the space age trend emerging from our favorite brands.
