The Spring/Summer 2019 Woolrich x Griffin collection is highlighted by its reimagined fishtail parka—an innovative 3-in-1 jacket inspired by the US military’s iconic M51 parka. By utilizing the same ripstop fabric employed by the British Army, the jacket is a stylish distillation of each brand’s identity melding performance with distinct heritage vibes.
Rounding out the capsule is a super lightweight down jacket that’s as stylish as it is versatile, featuring detachable sleeves for milder conditions and a waterproof exterior. Griffin Studio is just the latest in a string of high-profile collaborators between Woolrich and the likes of Engineered Garments, OVO, Awake, Aime Leon Dore, and Lauryn Hill that's positioning the heritage brand at the forefront of culture and fashion.
