To introduce the new series of CONFIRMED SS22 Footwear drops, adidas has created a CONFIRMED-exclusive lookbook showcasing the line of premium footwear that is to be released in the course of the SS22 season.

The CONFIRMED SS22 Footwear is a collection of elevated adidas classics and new designs, which are revealed ahead of their drop dates in this first lookbook on the app. While the complete collection will be released in the coming months, two sneakers from the SS22 Collection — the Superturf Adventure and the Superstar 82 — are already available for purchase on CONFIRMED.

In addition to the lookbook, adidas has also interviewed the photographer behind it, Gilleam Trapenberg. The photographer, who grew up on the Caribbean Island of Curaçao, talks about his intuitive approach to his projects, how he works with light, the stories he wants to tell through his photography and more. For the CONFIRMED SS22 Footwear lookbook, adidas and Trapenberg pulled inspiration from the changing colors of the sky as seasons transition as well as the signature adidas blue.

Check out the lookbook and interview on the adidas CONFIRMED app and shop the Superturf Adventure and the Superstar 82.
