Christmas spirit is ramping up in the world of sneakers too, as adidas is readying the release of a Stan Smith inspired by cult ’80s movie Gremlins.

The comedy horror film, which premiered in 1984, follows the story of a man who is gifted a strange creature called a mogwai as a pet. The mogwai then spawns other, destructive and evil monsters.

adidas’ Gremlin-inspired Stan Smith features the same fur seen on the little creatures in the movie, as well as mogwai’s eyes on the heels. The shoes come with green insoles and a special, Christmas-themed box.

The release is rumored to be scheduled for December 19 and the shoes will cost $120.
