Double Tap to Zoom

Debuting in early 2015, the adidas Ultraboost is indisputably one of the most popular running sneakers of all time. Marathon runners, park joggers, and quick-sprint-to-the-store wearers the world over pledge allegiance to the line, and once you try a pair on, it's easy to see why. Over the last six years, this goes-hard-on-comfort design has had several major updates and the latest heir to the Ultraboost throne is here  — the Ultraboost 21.

The newest member of the Ultraboost family sees adidas double down on performance, incorporating a new Torsion system for a more responsive run, more Boost capsules, providing greater energy return and comfort, as well as an integrated Primeblue textile made in part with Parley Ocean Plastic.

To welcome the latest in a long line of greats, we’ve rounded up our favorite adidas Ultraboost 21 models. From signature monochrome Ultraboost colorways to newcomers that play up the increased focus on performance, the eclectic palette cements the fact that the adidas Ultraboost is as suited to lifestyle rotations as it is beating your personal-bests.

Triple Core Black

A murdered-out Ultraboost has been a winner since it became a thing. This all-black iteration puts the focus on the streamlined new silhouette.

Solar Yellow

If you're copping the Ultraboost 21 for exercise rather than everyday rotation wear, opt for something bold which is perfect for nighttime running.

Core Black / Silver Metallic

If the triple-black colorway is too dialed-back for your liking, this pair should do the job. Silver Metallic sections and Solar Yellow hits to the outsole and heel cup lighten the tone.

Cloud White / Solar Yellow

Cloud White forms the backbone to this number which is visually led by the Solar Yellow sections to the upper.

Core Black / Grey Four

The OG Ultraboost colorway in black & white is a go-to in our books. This pair slots seamlessly into exercise gear or daily rotation.

Cloud White

Immaculate. You might struggle to take this pair on its first outing thanks to the spotless Cloud White uppers. It could be one to protect until the summer arrives...

Grey Three

Another of the colorways that aided the original adidas Ultraboost in its rise to iconic fame, this pared-back grey and white combo is as wearable as color palettes come.

Halo Silver

Halo Silver meets Grey Two and it's a match made in athletic heaven. A Solar Yellow hit to the outsole gives the runners that you overtake something to focus on, too.
