Eytys

Brand: Eytys

Season: Winter 2018

Key Pieces: The white, Purple Velvet logo tee with black print and the teal sweater with squeazy bottle graphic print over the chest.

Release Date: Available now

Buy: Eytys

Editor’s Notes: Eytys is channeling major ’80s vibes in the campaign imagery for its new fashion label, Purple Velvet. The first collection to drop under the label comprises of a handful of wardrobe staples — tees and sweaters, all adorned with printed graphics and embroidered branding.

The label is described as a "fictive beauty brand" that carries ’80s aesthetics, hence the bold slogans and less-than-subtle poses in the editorial. As an on-point touch, Eytys has collaborated with organic Swedish beauty brand Björk and Berries to develop a real body lotion, which is also available to buy now.

Do you like Purple Velvet's aesthetic? Let us know how you feel in the comment section following.
