If there's one undeniable truth about soccer (or "football" for the rest of the world), it's the fact that the sport's fanbase is unlike any other. Unrivaled in their passion and never short on energy, these fans are truly in a league of their own. In the latest installment of our video series with EA SPORTS FIFA 20, Highsnobiety explores the burgeoning hotbed of American soccer, Los Angeles, and catches up with some of the game's most diehard disciples who are breaking new ground within soccer.

Guillermo Andrade, designer and co-founder of the groundbreaking fashion label and multi-brand boutique 424 is featured in the video. "Football really played a massive role in shaping who I am today," says Andrade. "I saw Ronaldo the way I see Kanye. It's the essence of who these people are that I draw my passion from.” Andrade has gone on to collaborate with Arsenal, one of the sport’s most legendary teams.

We also linked up with Venice Beach Football Club, a group known for its epic pickup games in the streets, and The 3252, LAFC's intensely loyal supporter’s union that regularly rocks the stadium as the 12th player when its team hits the pitch. Both represent the vibrant communities that are bound by their love of soccer. They're working to develop a distinct local identity and a sense of family. "You represent the crest that's on your chest, your neighborhood. That brings the community into the game," says Dillon Chapman, co-founder of VBFC.
