Editor’s Notes: This is a noteworthy release for FILA, because it marks the first time the brand has collaborated with a jewelry company. And it's a unique collaboration for the sneaker market in general, because it's not every day we see these two worlds collide.

The collaboration features two sneakers for men and women. The first is the FILA Targa x Miansai, a haute-looking kick constructed of leather and suede in a gardenia hue. A silver screw cuff by Miansai is placed on the shoe's back counter, while its logo appears on the tongue; the FILA logo appears on the quarter.

The second silhouette is the FILA Disruptor 2 x Miansai, which also comes in gardenia, and features a luxe take on one of FILA's most iconic styles. Check out the laces – they're a nod to the jewelry brand's signature rope bracelets. Both logos are embroidered and placed on the tongue.

Miansai is a Miami-based accessories company known for its elegant, artistic style – it's not your typical partner for FILA, but it's these kinds of collaborations that keep the sportstyle brand innovative and exciting to follow. Scroll through the images above for a closer look.
