Back in spring, Highsnobiety launched highsnobiety.jp, our Japanese-language website tailored for one of the most influential countries in the world when it comes to streetwear and style. This month, the project enters its next phase, as we complement the site with our first-ever Japanese print magazine.

To celebrate, we've joined forces with Japanese footwear OG Onitsuka Tiger for a party at Sound Museum Vision in Tokyo tonight, October 18. The event will see performances by local legends Zeebra and JP the Wavy, as well as up and coming crews such as Yeti Out. Our very own Highsnobiety Soundsystem will also be on hand to add to the fun.

And there's not just music. We've teamed up with Yeti Out and Mike Cherman's Chinatown Market on two very special T-shirts.

Fresh from collaborations with the likes of PLEASURES and Places + Faces, Yeti Out's tee remixes Highsnobiety's new logo, blending the two names into a portmanteau that reads "HIGHSNOBYÈTI." Chinatown Market's effort is equally irreverent, featuring various whimsical graphics (which you may recall were released as stickers in Highsnobiety Magazine issue 17), scattered across an olive green long-sleeve.

Peep the lookbook, shot in Tokyo bar Bloody Angle, above.

Both drops are limited to 200 pieces each and will be sold at the event.

The event takes place at:

SOUND MUSEUM VISION 2 Chome-10-7 Shibuya, Dogenzaka, 150-0043 Tokyo

Stay tuned for a recap of the party soon.
