Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have enlarged their already expansive real estate portfolio, with a new ranch in the Hidden Hills gated community of Los Angeles. The power couple bought the $3 million property which is right next to their current home, expanding their property to an impressive seven-and-a-half acres.

Architectural Digest reports, the ranch is unconventionally split into two parts on either side of a main road. The property boasts a 3,874-square-foot house and equestrian facilities, including a four-stall stable block.

The pair is adding this place to their already sprawling amount of real estate. The Wests recently dropped $14 million on a massive ranch in Wyoming.
