Editor’s Notes: The Tesla Cybertruck dominated headlines when it was first unveiled in 2019, radically altering the perception of all-electric vehicles thanks to its aggressive design. Now, with delays plaguing the Cybertruck’s release, legendary toy-maker Mattel is giving fans a chance at owning the vehicle early (kind of).

As part of its MEGA series of collectibles, Mattel Creations is releasing a special-edition display model, which will be available via a worldwide exclusive presale on Highsnobiety Shop. The build set comprises 3,283 pieces, making the final model an incredibly detailed and realistic replica of the Tesla Cybertruck.

Not only is the instantly recognizable exoskeleton design brought to life by the set, but the model also features armored glass windows, a replicated interior, a tablet board computer, and several other Easter eggs worth discovering on your own. The Mattel MEGA Tesla Cybertruck also features adjustable suspension, a folding tailgate, and more, showing just how detailed the design team got.

This set is the first-ever buildable Tesla Cybertruck, and will sit perfectly on your display shelf — until your life-sized Tesla Cybertruck arrives at the end of 2022, that is.

Pre-order the Mattel MEGA Tesla Cybertruck tomorrow, October 13, here. The expected delivery is mid-December.
