What We’re Saying: New Balance has partnered with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) for a new iteration of the 920 inspired by New York's subway.

Offered in New Balance's signature grey look, the 920 is made in the UK at the brand's standout Flimby facility, crafted from revamped mesh and featuring reflective details and official MTA branding. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority logo in turn appears on the heel and inserts, while American flag and Union Jack lace dubraes point to the collab's intercontinental connection.

"A story spanning multiple time zones and a shoe made in the UK but worn on the streets of New York, the New Balance x MTA 920 cements the relationship between two historical entities," New Balance said in an official press release.
