Double Tap to Zoom

New Balance is rolling out its Fall/Winter 2026 Made in USA collection, bringing fresh 992 heat to the breezy days. That includes a very solid "Medusa Green" 992 dad shoe.

The newest 992s offer an impressive two-toned look, with half earthy green and half dusty brown suede uppers. It almost looks like someone stepped in mud while wearing them, but I kind of like the look.

New Balance has officially named the shoes "Medusa Green," which is quite fitting, honestly. On top of the color, there are scaly green textures on the tongue and heel, which really lean into the gorgon theme.

We've already been blessed with a few good-looking 992s this year, including those cool Aminé pairs and icy general releases. And New Balance still has goodies coming. A leather "Afterglow" 992 is expected to drop this fall, and a "Sport Green" pair, which looks like an ube matcha latte in dad-shoe form, is also on the way.

For now, New Balance has these great "Medusa Green" 992s, which are expected to drop on October 29 on its website. It'll likely retail for the usual $200.
