New Balance's "Charcoal" Breeze may look gloomy, but it's no Debbie Downer. It's a nice-looking Mary Jane sneaker dressed in the brand's signature color.

If anything, the Breeze model provides a boost, especially with its extra-chunky soles oozing New Balance's dadcore DNA.

The "Charcoal" pairs the signature beefy soles with the usual suede and mesh uppers, all bathed in the dark grey color scheme. The results? Another bangin' Breeze shoe for the MJ-loving girlies.

New Balance has done a solid job of keeping its model fresh for spring and summer, reviving previous colorways and introducing season-worthy options like the "Peony" pink pairs. Let's not forget this was also the year the model felt flat, with the debut of the cute Flat Breeze sneakers.

Even with the weather cooling down soon, the Breeze doesn't have to go back into storage just yet. New Balance is giving it fall-ready color options.

Speaking of which, the "Charcoal" pairs are now available on New Balance Korea's website for 139,000 won, or around $100. They are also up for grabs in black and brown colorways, again all very autumnal flavors.
