Editor’s Notes:  The Nike Air Flight 89 takes you back to the late-'80s basketball style, a time when Chicago was at the pinnacle of the game. While the OG model was never actually worn by Michael Jordan on-court, the sneaker was made iconic in its own way as it was favored by his teammate Scottie Pippen.

This is not the first time Nike has paid tribute to the Chi with the Air Flight 89, earlier this year it released an overtly Chicago-themed sneaker during All-Star Weekend. This time around, Nike gives the Air Flight a more subdued makeover, that still shows love to Chi-town.

Expect these to launch soon at Nike.com and select retailers. Retail price is set at $120.
