Nike's leather Air Max 90 sneaker is back...and burning blue.

No, it's not a collaboration with Mariah the Scientist (although I feel like she would make a killer sneaker given her fashion tastes). The latest release is simply a dark leather Air Max with dreamy blue accents.

It basically follows the same formula as those "Cinnamon" pairs we saw earlier but in "Dark Smoke Grey/University Blue." It's still luxe and creamy, but it has the good kind of blues now.

There have been many great Air Max 90s, but the leather iterations are easily some of the best-looking ones. It transforms the Swoosh model into something genuinely elegant. Sometimes, tasty too.

For those looking to cop the new blue pairs, the Air Max 90 "Dark Smoke Grey/University Blue" sneakers are now on Nike's Netherlands website for €149.99 or around $168.
