Editor’s Notes: Though not officially UCLA-themed, this “Coast” Nike Dunk Low features color blocking that reminds strongly of the coastal University of California. A sky blue and white leather upper is complemented by hits of yellow on the heel and tongue tag branding.

This particular colorway, set to be released on January 14, follows news late last year that UCLA had signed with Jordan Brand.

UCLA is home to one of the most legendary college basketball programs in the U.S., so the university being made a part of the contemporary “Be True to Your School” pack makes a lot of sense.

The Nike Dunk has been strongly linked to Nike-sponsored colleges since the ’80s when the OG BTTYS pack was released, several colorways of which have been re-released in both low and high form over the past 12 months.
