Nike’s Underrated Hiking Sneaker-Boot Is Suave as Ever
Hear that? Sounds like a herd of Nike sneaker-boots. The sportswear giant has gone all in on its boot releases this season, having dropped brand-new stompers as well as classics like the Lahar Low.
Yes, Nike's underrated hiking sneaker-boot is so back. Fans can expect the same 1980s Lahar Escape boot charm but on a low-top dadcore-ish silhouette. Nice colorways, too.
It's similar to the Goadome Low but leans more into its outdoor side. That's not to say it's not fashionable. The Lahar is very good-looking.
For the latest release, the Nike Lahar Low v1 lands in this chocolate-brown "Cacao Wow" scheme, ultimately making a treat out of the trail-ready sneaker. And of course, this delicious colorway comes with signature outdoor details like the suede-ish uppers, thick rugged soles, and genuinely outdoorsy eyelets.
It's been a couple of years since the last round of Lahar Lows. So it's nice to see the model back on the menu, alongside other stylish Nike and Jordan boots this season.
Right now, Nike's Lahar Low v1 "Cacao Wow" sneakers are available on its website for $140. They're also available in classic black.
