BBC/Hulu's Normal People is the show of the summer and Paul Mescal is clearly riding the wave of his breakout star status. He was spotted out in London picking up a gin in a tin and other summer essentials, bossing a vintage track top with a confidence that only becoming a heartthrob overnight can bestow.

With no silver chain in sight this time, Paul sported a one-off reworked track top by British upcycle and vintage label Ragyard. We've included some similar rave revivalist pieces by adidas from vintage site Vestiaire Collective below.

If you've seen Normal People, you'll know that Paul's character Connell is fond of sport. He is in real life, too, and makes that known with a pair of genuine Gaelic football shorts. Up top, the new king of casual keeps things classic with a pair of Ray-Ban Clubmaster and WIRED headphones.

Scroll on for clothing and accessories inspired by Paul Mescal's summer look.
