No strangers to positively disrupting the sportswear and footwear game, German powerhouse PUMA has added yet another design to its popular Rider franchise with the crisp new Wild Rider. The silhouette’s premium design is inspired by the movement and motion of city life – always going forward, further, faster, and beyond.

The Wild Rider is the lovechild of PUMA’s past and future, melded together in a cacophony of slick design, advanced modern technology, ergonomic construction, and a merging of dynamic materials, visible in the debossed concave holes, embossed studs, nylon upper suede, the signature Rider foam, and more.

A level up from PUMA’s Fast Rider, which was originally made for those running on pavements, the Wild Rider came to fruition after the brand noticed the need for a shoe for the modern city dweller, designed to accompany you through everyday activities. With motion as the inspiration, the Wild Rider is an ode to our day-to-day lives - from morning coffee runs and trips to the grocery store to exercising with friends and outdoor evening endeavors, this shoe will support you every step of the way.

We had a look at how some of Europe’s fashion-savvy creatives are styling out the PUMA Wild Rider.

Shannon

Senegalese model Shannon plays with all kinds of layers and texture in his look, from the ribbed trousers and long camel coat to the pocket-adorned vest and of course the Wild Riders that add a zing to his final fit. The limestone of the Parisian church behind him not only compliments his outfit's color palate but allows the shoes to pop just that little bit more.

Amy Pham Thi

Young creative Amy Pham Ti, the founder of Nhỏ Girl clothing store in Amsterdam, completes her all beige Burberry look with the Wild Riders highlighting how the versatile shoe fits with any style you choose, be it streetwear or designer chic.

Olaf Hernandez
