Product images of a Minions-themed Reebok Instapump Fury OG have surfaced online, suggesting that a release date could soon be upon us. Due to the silhouette’s popularity in Asia and its avant-garde aesthetic, Reebok has become known to use the Instapump Fury OG for wild collaborations and unexpected color blocking.

This specific pair looks to have been created to celebrate the premiere of Minions: The Rise of Gru, which was originally scheduled to be released in July 2020. The premiere has now been delayed to sometime in 2021 due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The Reebok Instapump Fury OG features a predominantly yellow makeup with blue detailing mimicking that of the Minions. The pumps on the tongue of the sneaker appear to be representative of the Minions’ eyes, while the sole reveals a recurring Minions: The Rise of Gru graphic pattern.

No word yet on when the sneaker will be released or if it, too, has been delayed due to Covid-19.
