Rihanna has reportedly dropped $13.8 million on a Beverly Hills mansion and the sizable property has music royalty written all over it.

According to Dirt, our fave recently purchased the modern farmhouse tucked into the side of a steep slope above Beverly Hills that overlooks Coldwater Canyon. The property sits on a half-acre of gated, hedge-lined land and dates back to the 1930s, clocking in at just over 7,600 square feet.

Rihanna's new home comes outfitted with all the makings of a Beverly Hills luxury pad. It has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, including an enviable master suite with a massive walk-in closet – as it should for our Fenty fashion queen – and a luxurious bathroom that opens directly onto a large private terrace. Of course, there's also an open-plan kitchen, a floor-to-ceiling black marble fireplace, as well as a home gym with a full wall of windows overlooking the home’s central courtyard, which features a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, and several outdoor entertaining spaces.

Even more impressive than the luxurious amenities is the mansion's star-studded location. Rihanna's new neighborhood is on an exclusive cul-de-sac with current and former residents including Mariah Carey, Madonna, and Rihanna’s “FourFiveSeconds” collaborator Sir Paul McCartney.

Rihanna has gotten quite a reputation for scoping out premium real estate. She’s currently the proud owner of a Hollywood Hills estate (which she’s listed as a rental property for the past two years), an elegant condo in the Wilshire Corridor, and a penthouse in a Century City skyscraper, which reportedly serves as the Fenty mogul's main residence.
