Berlin-based accessories designer Roxxlyn has launched a new collection of handcrafted tech accessories made from genuine marble, slate and quartzite stone.

The range includes iPhone 7 cases, briefcases, iPad and MacBook skins, and watches. Roxxlyn carefully selects stone with aesthetic and functional value. Each stone is transformed into lightweight, flexible and shatterproof pieces, it being a natural material, each accessory is inherently unique.

The Nero Marquina Marble iPhone Case, for example, is handmade from real Spanish Nero Marquina marble. When combined with an ultra-light aluminum case, providing added protection, it weighs just 45 grams. The Indian Summer Slate MacBook Skin is made from genuine 350-400 million-year-old natural stone and wraps the MacBook’s shell like a second skin. Light, flexible and robust, it offers daily protection from scratches and bumps. Both products and all others are individual pieces that differ in their unique rock structure and color.

The artisanal team handcrafts the products from a workshop in Berlin’s Mitte district focusing on a minimalist style that unites rustic stone and modern design. The brand opens its first flagship store in Berlin Mitte in Spring 2017.

The entire collection is available online via the link below. Individual products are available at selected stores worldwide.
