After teasing its latest Nike collaboration at Paris Fashion Week, sacai’s Vaporwaffle has surfaced online in a previously-unseen colorway. Shared to Instagram by notorious leak account @solebyjc, the sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle features a cream upper with red and black detailing. Check it out below.

The sneaker was previously believed to be called the VaporPegasus, though sacai representatives confirmed to Highsnobiety that the collaboration will be officially known as the Vaporwaffle. Much like sacai’s previous Nike collaborations, the Vaporwaffle features a double-everything approach.

The Chitose Abe-helmed brand has turned things up a notch for FW20, though, as the outsole appears to be slightly skewed at the toe tip. A rather hefty midsole looks to split at the heel, sneaker a deconstructed aesthetic as well.

As well as the LDWaffle, which sold out in four different colorways and has appeared on sneaker re-sell websites for exorbitant sums, Nike and sacai also crafted a slightly less popular Blazer Mid. Expect this collab to be one of the biggest of the year.
