The XT-6 FT is an updated version of Salomon's long-distance trail runner, the XT-6. Outfitted with an upgraded technical upper as well as Sensifit layering construction, the XT-6 is now more comfortable than ever, allowing you to tackle all your outdoor adventures with minimal discomfort.
Courtesy of Mastered, we see the XT-6 FT in three forthcoming colorways, which are reportedly releasing on August 20. The upper of the shoe is constructed from single layer mesh with 3D open mesh for enhanced breathability and maximum foot feel. A molded OrthoLite sockliner molds to your foot while providing superior cushioning, in addition to added breathability and durability. For security, Salmon's Quicklace tooling is paired with a locking eyelet between the forefoot and ankle eyelets, allowing you to conveniently lock the laces in place and execute precise adjustments.
Down below, the XT-6 FT is equipped with SensiFit that cradles the foot from the midsole to the lacing system to offer a snug, customized fit. Dual density foam is then implemented in the midsole for unmatched cushioning, stability, and motion control, while the Contagrip TA outsole ensures maximum grip no matter the surface.
