After appearing on The Voice where she was mentored by Christina Aguilera, New Jersey native Jacquie inked a deal with 300 Entertainment and Atlantic Records. When creative differences arose, the 20-year-0ld left the label, feeling that it was finally time to take a step back and rediscover her voice.

Her new single, “Am I The Only One” is the result of that period of introspection. More nuanced and dark than her previous EP, Broken Ones, Jacquie explores the isolated nature of modern living and the many ups and downs of her still-burgeoning career. The single will appear on her forthcoming EP, set to release this summer.

“This new album is my words, my journey, my perspective. It means EVERYTHING to me that I was able to have control over all of the music and creative. I speak my truth even if it’s not what people may expect or want from me,” explained Jacquie.
