What We’re Saying: Australian skate label Butter Goods is heading into summer with a brand new PUMA partnership. In the weeks and months to come, the two brands will be issuing nostalgia-driven collections inspired by the '90s, beginning with a Summer 2021 drop that centers around the Basket VTG.

To deliver a nostalgic feel, the Basket VTG arrives in a cream colorway boasting a corduroy upper. The silhouette's signature Formstrip branding is stitched on the side in white, as the overall clean colorway encourages customization (if you should so please, however, the sneaker is already a classic straight out of hte box).

The collaborative Basket VTG is slated to release on June 24 alongside a white graphic T-shirt with a mashup graphic depicting the PUMA cat sitting on top of the Butter Goods logo. You can look forward to a full Butter Goods x PUMA collection — inspired by sports advertising in the late 1990s and early 2000s — launching in August.
