Spanish football team RCD Mallorca didn’t have to look far to find an innovative fashion label to dress its team. There is one directly on the small island it calls home: CAMPERLAB.

The more experimental diffusion line of Camper, headed by Achilles Ion Gabriel, will serve as the official provider of apparel for RCD Mallorca starting in January 2025.

Much like its older parent company, CAMPERLAB is best known for its footwear selection — which consists of everything from wild hairy loafers to downright weird sneakers — however, in the past few seasons, the label has expanded into apparel.

The label’s collections consist largely of denim sets with wavy paneling making each item look almost like it's melting. Although there are also more simple staples in its collections, such as hoodies and plain-colored tops, the type of stuff footballers are used to wearing pre-game.

What CAMPERLAB has in the pipeline for RCD Mallorca will be revealed on January 9 at the Spanish Supercup in Saudi Arabia, where RCD Mallorca will face Real Madrid.

As football and fashion continue to commingle at a previously unprecedented level, RCD Mallorca looks to be throwing its name into the hat for La Liga’s best-dressed side.
