Double Tap to Zoom

Steven Rodriguez – familiarly known to the public as A$AP Yams — died five years ago today. To commemorate his life and legacy, Drake gifted A$AP Rocky a fitting memento ahead of Yams day.

The diamond-encrusted pendant memorializes the late A$AP mob leader, from his braids and cheek tattoo to his signature Coogi sweater. Watch it being delivered to an amazed Rocky below.

Drake tapped Jason of Beverly Hills to create the bespoke jewelry — the same jewelers who forged his and Future's matching $200,000 pendants that can be seen in their “Life Is Good” video.

According to Complex, it took three months to create the impressively detailed Yams pendant. It's reportedly made of 600 grams of gold and 15 carats of diamonds, with similar pieces said to be worth around $150,000. Get an up-close look below.
