Drake has become the first artist to reach over 50 billion streams across all music platforms, according to his record label.

In a statement, Republic Records praised the rapper as "the first artist to surpass 50 billion streams across all global streaming platforms." The achievement follows the success of his album Scorpion, which was recently confirmed as the first full-length record to rack up one billion streams in a week. Drake also shattered Spotify and Apple Music's single-day streaming records.

Moreover, the album produced the viral, dance-affiliated track "In My Feelings," which remains number one on the Billboard Hot 100, while Scorpion, straddles the Billboard 200 for the fifth week running.

According to Apple's Instagram post, the rapper has surpassed 10 billion streams in his career to date. Industry insiders claim that number could exceed 13 billion. However, Forbes points out that the official number could be even higher when taking into account the platforms uneligible for the charts.

To further capitalize off his success, Drake is allegedly developing a "God's Plan" games show.
