What We’re Saying: Engineered Garments and Sebago have teamed up for an intriguing collaboration that reimagines the classic boat shoe. EG designer Daiki Suzuki has given Sebago's signature deck shoe the contemporary update we've all been waiting for, just in time for the warm weather months ahead.

For Spring/Summer 2021, Engineered Garments and Sebago present six men's styles, as each model is offered in two colorways. Through Suzuki’s vision, Sebago's well-known deck shoe is done up in a mix of full grain leather and suede, now outfitted with upgraded design details ranging from asymmetrically textured uppers, to D-ring lace loops, zippers, and bungee laces. Each shoe from the co-branded collection comes with a durable Vibram EVA sole, and is optioned in beige, black, and dark brown.

Sebago is referring to the Engineered Garments project as a "collaboration that shows how a mix of 'contemporary' and 'classic' aesthetics are a match made in heaven." You can shop the debut foray from the two brands through Nepenthes stores in London, New York, and Tokyo, and select retailers globally, beginning April 17.
