While it’s not exactly beach weather outside, temperatures are slowly creeping back up as the seasons change once more. But just because it’s getting warmer, doesn’t mean you’ve got to immediately swap out your winter boots for summer sneakers. In fact, there are plenty of sturdy options out there that can be worn well into the warmer months. From the classic Chelsea silhouette to sneaker hybrids and hike-ready models, luxury retailers have started to refresh stock with Spring/Summer 2020 pieces.

Matthew M. Williams’ 1017 ALYX 9SM has been particularly progressive with its recent men's footwear, and three pieces from the brand make our selection. The high top white knit boot offers a futuristic take on a classic shape, pairing a sock-like, knit upper with a bulky midsole. If all-white is a little too brave for current conditions, the brand's collaborative hiking boots with Stüssy come pre-muddied and look just as good on the street as on the trails.

A standout of Prada's FW19 show, a runway display inspired by Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, this trainer and hiking boot mash-up from the Italian fashion house is a real monster, with a chunky sole that is ready and waiting for the winter weather.
