Editor’s Notes: Earlier this year, FILA dug deep into its archives to bring back the DSTR97 for the first time since it hit shelves back in '97. For its second drop, the Italian sportswear giant is elevating the silhouette with a fresh leather treatment.

Over two decades since its debut, the relaunched DSTR97 stays true to the OG with a thick sole, liberal branding, and recognizable ghillie lacing system. Giving the retro-runner a fresh feel, this pack sees the aerodynamic upper done up in patent leather. Typical of ‘90s kicks, branding is applied liberally with the unmistakable FILA logo appearing on the binding tape, the lateral side of the toe box as well as on the heel and tongue.

Adding to the premium vibe, the sneaker comes in two muted colorways – white with navy accents and black with hits of gray – both of which are available in men’s and women’s sizes.
