Gunna's upcoming album WUNNA finally has a release date.

The rapper shared that the project is dropping on May 22, previewing a new trailer for his upcoming documentary in partnership with Amazon Music. The video shows the rapper in Jamaica creating the album and collaborating with producers Turbo, Keys, Taurus, and Wheezy.

Last month, Gunna took to Twitter to tease the release date for his upcoming album. The YSL Records rapper issued the tweet simply stating, "5/ /2020."

Gunna began teasing WUNNA earlier in the year. Some believe the coronavirus pandemic delayed the original release of the project, although that has not been confirmed. At the beginning of March, he shared the first track from the album with “SKYBOX.”

WUNNA will serve as the followup to Drip or Drown 2 from 2019. Expect to hear more regarding Gunna's sophomore LP very soon.
