The love story between YOOX and JW Anderson started in 2011 when JW Anderson was selected as a participant in YOOX and Vogue Italia's ‘The Next Talents’ showcase. Since then the label has become a name beyond those in the know, a name which often comes to mind when asked to mention Britain's top brands.
On the collection Jonathan Anderson says, "It’s so important for me working in fashion, and in my life in general, to stay curious. Curiosity is how we stay relevant and interesting and I think by working on collaborations you’re exposed to different ways of doing things, of designing clothes or different ways of seeing things. The capsule for YOOX was about creating something special for both brands at the right time for YOOX and their anniversary.”
