Editors Notes: There are few things you use more regularly than a keyring and yet I, like many others, am guilty of having the same frayed and stained piece of fabric hanging from my keys for years.

Handcrafted in Berlin, Ina Seifart's design studio has a selection of pieces that will upgrade your keyring in an instant. Having founded the studio in 2002 after graduating with a degree in fashion design, her practical concepts are rooted in a style-conscious sensibility. This makes the brand's keyring designs more than a dangling decorative accessory as they add an extra layer of functionality to the way that you transport your keys.

Carabiners have been used for sports such as climbing and sailing for years and the designer has utilized them as a fun extra to your keyring which you can conveniently clip to your belt loop or bag.

Attaching shackles to each other and combining them with circular keyholders is a playful twist on an item that an instructor likely shouted at you to use while doing any outdoorsy activity. Also, they come in a choice of gold or silver, meaning that you can match them to your jewelry.

Crafting everything from hand, the materials are sourced from Germany and everything is shipped from Berlin to keep the label's carbon footprint to a minimum. These are keyrings in which every element of the design has been thought through.
