What We’re Saying: Kiko Kostadinov may not be directly collaborating with ASICS any longer in a traditional sense, but his designs are still being produced. This week, we've come across two sneakers developed by Kostadinov alongside the ASICS product team.

The FN1-S GEL-NIMBUS 22 is a reengineered version of the brand's GEL-NIMBUS 22 running shoe. Here offered in two eye-catching colorways, the FN1-S GEL-NIMBUS 22 takes design cues from the concept of "Retro Futurism," ASICS revealed, as the two-shoe capsule ultimately explores the silhouette from a retro meets modern lens.

The release finds the FN1-S GEL-NIMBUS 22 outfitted with a technical mesh upper that is complemented by metallic undertones and shiny eyelets. A glitter effect then decorates the sneaker's GEL technology cushioning unit, while FLYTEFOAM Propel technology is implemented in the midsole for responsive cushioning.

Both colorways of the Kiko Kostadinov-developed FN1-S GEL-NIMBUS 22 are currently available through ASICS France. The shoes are slated to release in the US on March 11.
