Another day, another nutty sneaker from New Balance. This one was cooked up in the United Kingdom, though.

That's right. It's another 991v2 Made in UK sneaker, featuring a high-quality construction straight from New Balance's England factory. For this particular pair, the brand balances plush pig suede, leather, and mesh, the classic 991v2 materials, with earthy beige tones.

As a result, we're met with a New Balance dad shoe wrapped in nutty and mushroom flavors aptly called "Walnut/Shitake."

And it's not the first nutty sneaker to come from the brand, either. New Balance has previously released the "Hazelnut" Allerdale shoes and the creamy "Macadamia Nut" 990v4s.

The New Balance 991v2 sneakers look to be the first "Walnut" sneaker from the Boston sneaker label, though. Hey, there's a first time for everything. Even nut-themed dad shoes.
