Leave it to New Balance to turn walks into a flex with its sneakers.

The brand's DynaSoft 340 v1 is basically a walking shoe with classic dad-shoe steez and even trail influences. It features a classic chunky sole, supported by DynaSoft, New Balance's cushioning technology that's also used in its trail running models.

Meanwhile, the 340 borrows its suede lace-free upper design from the brand's retired Trail 550 sneaker.

The result is an incredibly good-looking, easy-on sneaker, available in stylish colorways like black, quicksand, and pumpernickel.

New Balance has released other walking-style shoes before, including the outdoor-coded Allerdale model. Not to mention, Jack Harlow recently dropped a T500 designed for park strolls.

The DynaSoft 340 v1 is but another banger for the folks hitting those 10K steps.

It's now available on New Balance Japan's website for 10,890 yen, or around $70. What a steal for handsome walking shoes.
