Nike's Air Superfly LX Pony Hair follows this principle to a T with its sleek, low-profile design and pony hair leopard-print upper.

The textured, hairy upper mirrors a leopard's fur so closely that the only thing missing is its roar.

Pony hair leather lands as bold and striking, while the slim design and track-esque outsole follow the track code very closely.

Elsewhere, leather accents at the tongue and collar add elegance, rounding out the sneaker's elevated, speed-inspired aesthetic.

Underneath, the Air Superfly LX Pony Hair also wears Air technology at the heel, for extra cushioning with every step.

Available on the Nike website for $100, the Air Superfly is one of many animalistic designs to come from the Swoosh's jungle. Specifically, Nike has been quite fond of pony-hair happenings lately.
