The Nike Cryoshot sneaker made a splash during the 2026 World Cup. Now, with soccer season back in full swing, the street-savvy, field-minded sneaker returns in another Tiempo-flavored outfit.

Nike's newest Cryoshot sneaker draws inspiration directly from the Tiempo '94, hence its name: the Cryoshot Tiempo '94. It borrows the signature quilted leather uppers, foldover tongue, and even its cleated bottoms. However, Nike has literally put them on ice, covering the spiky outsoles with an icy sole unit (sort of like adidas' "walkable" F50 shoes).

We've seen other models, like the Cortez and Killshot 2, borrow the Tiempo's swag. However, with the Cryoshot, the most iconic soccer models get to be pretty much be itself but in the form of an daily-rotation sneaker.

Soccer shoes were already making moves beyond the field. Nike's Cryoshot takes the craze a step further, genuinely highlighting the everyday appeal of the sports shoes.

Again, the Cryoshot debuted during the World Cup, racking up several fashion collaborations with Nike's biggest partners, such as NOCTA and Jacquemus. The sportswear brand also dropped a Mercurial-inspired Crysohot sneaker that felt like an Air Max Joga Bonito hybrid, but even sleeker.

Now, Nike's cranking up the tiempo with the release of a nice Cryoshot Tiempo '94.
