Nike’s Iced-Out Snakeskin Air Forces Are Seriously Cold (Blooded)
Nike's next Kobe Bryant Air Force 1 Lows are iced out and scaled up. No joke.
The upcoming "Armory Blue" sneakers feature white snakeskin uppers and icy blue splashes, resulting in a genuinely cold-blooded release.
It's complete with the usual homages to the late basketball players, including his famous Sheath logo and his jersey numbers "8" and "24" sewn into the heel, details shared with other Nike Kobe releases. There are even "Mamba Forever" lace charms.
Luckily for fans, these Kobe Air Force 1s come in two. In addition to the chill blue shoes, Nike has also dreamed up a second "Electric Green" colorway, which dropped earlier this month. They're even still available at some stores.
As for the coldest pairs in the pack, the "Armory Blue" Forces are scheduled to release on September 1 at select retailers like Shoe Palace and DTLR. They'll retail for $125.
