Key Features: The SB-01 features an inner bootie encased in a neoprene and TPE shell that secures the foot with a water-resistant zipper. You can wear the inner bootie by itself or together with its counterpart, resulting in the complete SB-01. Editor’s Notes: Salehe Bembury continues his world tour of sneaker collaborations following the successful release of his New Balance 2002, this time teaming up with Chinese sportswear brand ANTA. Bembury has drip-teased the collaboration for several months now, but has only recently given us a full look at the footwear via his Instagram.
Salehe Bembury x ANTA consists of two original silhouettes in the SB-01 and SB-02. The former stands out due to its two-piece construction, while the latter has been teased all over social media as a result of numerous seedings. When designing the SB-02, Bembury set out to create a high-quality sneaker priced under $100, one made from premium materials and with an aesthetic edge.
No word yet on when we can expect a release and how the drop will go down, though Bembury has asked for those interested in the collab to sign up to his mailing list via a link in his Instagram bio.
