Double Tap to Zoom

Snoop Dogg sat down with Jada Pinkett Smith on the latest episode of Red Table Talk. Smith shared a clip of the upcoming episode on Twitter last night, previewing a scene in which she confronts Snoop over his recent Gayle King rant.

Snoop attacked King last month after she addressed Kobe Bryant's rape allegations during an interview with WNBA player Lisa Leslie. Now, in the 50-second-long Red Table Talk preview, Smith tells Snoop how his words affected her.

"When you said what you said in regards to Gayle, my heart dropped. I felt like not only were you talking to Gayle, but you were talking to me."

She then explained how Snoop's rant had taken power not just from King, but all women of color, including Smith's co-hosts, mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones, and daughter Willow Smith. "That was one of the reasons why I felt like I really wanted to have this conversation with you in the spirit of healing."

In the preview, a teary-eyed Snoop listens and nods his head in agreement. The full episode will air on Facebook Watch on Wednesday, February 26. Watch the preview below.
