The fall/holiday schedule for video game releases is fast approaching, bringing the most anticipated games of the year, but before the autumn leaves drop, August is closing out the summer with a lineup of great games worth picking up.

Story mode finally ditches Longshot for a better streamlined experience, Ultimate Team shines with a new updated UI experience, and the X-factor feature allows you to replicate your favorite NFL playmaker. Overall, if you love football, Madden NFL 20 is the best gaming experience the series has to offer. The game is out August 2.
For those looking for a terrifyingly good time in the woods, Blair Witch is a must cop this month. Developed by Blooper Team, the upcoming FPS game is a psychological horror that delivers the frights and scares of the 1999 film with the gameplay of Outcast.
