Editor’s Notes: Japan’s WTAPS and New Balance have teamed up on a M992 that has a decidedly WTAPS, military-inspired flavor to it. The model first came out in 2006 to commemorate 100 years of the New England sportswear brand. The original 992 is one of the brand’s most popular models, most famously worn by Steve Jobs. The WTAPS collaboration drops on May 1.
