Editor's Notes: adidas' very own '90s baby, the Ozweego, has been a key point of inspiration for the ever-growing Three Stripes family. Since the birth of the silhouette in 1996, many successors and experimental children have followed. In short – adidas' archive would be a lot smaller without the Ozweego.

Over the last quarter-century, the Ozweego has been somewhat of a base ingredient – the milk to the roux. Its family tree has many arms, with its distinct DNA appearing on the Ozweego Celox, Ozelia, and the ultra-bulky, super-ugly Raf Simons Ozweego. Many a streamlined runner has fallen from the Three Stripes tree, and most can be traced back to the 90s classic.

A new distant cousin has emerged in the Ozrah. The silhouette that sits somewhere between the OG model and the YEEZY 70 taps into a space-age aesthetic, heralding the evolution of the franchise. Unlike the runners of old, this sneaker features a neoprene-like upper and wavy TPU cage that creates a unique variation of the traditional Three Stripes medial branding.

Decked out in "Carbon" and "Core Black," this colorway is a suitable addition to a darker fall rotation. As more colorways start to pop up, it'll be interesting to see where adidas will take the Ozrah next.
