For Singles Day this year — the official Chinese holiday that celebrates the freedom of single life — Jordan Brand dropped two new Air Jordan 4 in a fire red colorway and a China-exclusive "Tattoo" Air Jordan 4 colorway (penned for a wider release in late December). Following their release, both shoes have now emerged from multiple resellers on popular sneaker trading platform StockX.

Coming in a red/gum design, the first of the two sneakers houses a hidden inner floral design supposed to embrace the treat yo' self-nature of the Chinese shopping day. Despite launching to the Chinese market on the same day, the Air Jordan 4 Tattoo's design is less aligned to Singles' Day, instead boasting a busy, printed upper in black and white that celebrates the global adoration for basketball.

Each sneaker comes ahead of what's due to be the year of the Air Jordan 4 in 2019, which marks the silhouette's 30-year anniversary. If either of the new kicks takes your fancy, you can now monitor resell prices via StockX as coppers continue to upload their pairs. Note that, as the sneakers are being sold in the secondary marketplace, buyers can generally expect to part with a higher markup than the retail value by which they were first valued.
